This webinar will cover the basics of finding and evaluating research related to infant sleep. You will learn how to quickly scan a study for relevant information and how to critically evaluate whether the study is useful for your practice.

This online webinar will increase your knowledge and confidence in locating and reviewing academic and scientific research papers related to infant sleep. This is a practical and accessible webinar (no maths knowledge required!) that will provide you with the research skills to identify relevant parts of a study and explain their purpose, learn the difference between key terms such as “statistical significance” and “practical significance”, and discuss the way sleep interventions in a research setting differ from the real-world setting.
