We believe you shouldn't have to enrol on a membership plan to benefit from high quality continuing professional development. All our live events and recorded webinars can be purchased individually - so if you prefer to pay as you go, simply pay the advertised price to participate in any learning activity. A perfect option for those who want education without the frills.

  • How do I cancel my membership?
    We’d hate to see you go so do give us the chance to rectify any issues by emailing us. If you’d still like to cancel then simply log in to the members area of the website and you’ll find the unsubscribe options on the ‘My subscriptions’ tab.
  • What is the 'my resources' page and how do I access it?
    This is a members only page, where we provide specially selected discounts and key resources signposted by our subject specialists. Once logged in to the site you will be able to see the option for 'My resources' in the drop-down menu.
  • I have a question about my membership. Who do I contact?
    Feel free to reach out! The best way to do this is by email:
  • How can members use the Child Sleep Society membership logo?
    We’d love for you to use the logo on your site and other communications (such as email footers). This helps to demonstrate to your clients that you value your own professional development and are committed to providing an excellent and up to date service. We have a couple of suggestions for using the logo, which are listed here: Please ensure there is sufficient clear space surrounding the logo; a minimum of 25 per cent of the width of the logo.​ Check that the logo is not distorted or cropped in any way. Please provide a backlink to us ( so that if your clients want to understand what the logo means, they can find the information straight away. If you cancel or choose not to renew your membership, you will be required to remove the logo from your website.
  • How do members access the Child Sleep Society membership logo?
    In your first member's email you’ll find all the details you need to download the logo. You’ll then be able to access a members only page on our website where you can download a JPEG and PNG version of the logo. At the start of each year we'll send all active members an email, so you can re-access this page and download an updated version of the membership logo for your website and socials.
  • I've signed up to the membership plan. Does my membership automatically renew each year?
    Yes, your membership will automatically renew each year, so you will have continued access to all Child Sleep Society learning materials. You can cancel your membership at any time.
  • I've signed up to the membership package. Why have I been subscribed to the Child Sleep Society newsletter?
    As a member we want you to be the first to know about new courses, revised content and great learning opportunities. If you ever want to unsubscribe from this information, that's no problem at all. Simply hit ‘unsubscribe’ from the bottom footer of your newsletter or email us.
  • How do I access the membership policy?
    Our membership terms and conditions are available on our website. You can read the membership policy here.
  • As a member, how do I log-in to the Child Sleep Society website?
    Simply select the ‘log in’ button. You’ll find this at the top right of the page if viewing on a desktop or in the burger menu at the top if viewing on a mobile.
  • What's included in the membership offer?
    Our inclusive membership allows you: total access to our entire library of content. to display a membership logo on your website or social media in recognition of your excellent standards of service and commitment to your professional development. early registration on all upcoming webinars and events. the opportunity to collaborate on future topics and submit questions to our subject matter experts.
  • As a member, how do I access my learning hub to view all the webinars?
    This is a members only page. When you are in the members area, you will see this page referred to as ‘my learning hub’. You will be able to navigate to this page, by selecting 'my learning hub' in your drop down menu on the top right hand of your screen.
