Temperament may be the dividing line between children who sleep well and those who don’t. Temperament (intensity, sensitivity, alertness, perceptiveness, persistence, etc.) can result in higher levels of challenges with sleep and parenting, as well as lower levels of success with trying to tackle sleep issues. This webinar will examine the qualities that can make these children exceptional, and at the same time, make sleep extremely difficult.
