More about Vicky

Vicky Cooksley is a mother of 2 very energetic and lively children and lives in a beautiful part of Devon, U.K. She has been a teacher for 16 years, is a certifed sleep consultant and specialises in autism and sleep. She has studied autism and anxiety for many years and has published work on autism, anxiety and sleep. Vicky has personal experience with her two sons, one of which is autistic so she has 1st hand knowledge of the sleep battles that can arise (and luckily, what can help relieve these). Vicky also holds a Level 5 autism awareness and PDA training.

Vicky has designed a specific course for sleep consultants who wish to specialise in this area and are considering supporting families with autistic children - Anxiety, autism and sleep diploma.
