About our speaker

Karen Winter, Winter Slumber Sleep

With over two decades of childcare experience and a degree in Early Childhood Education, Karen has most recently embarked on her journey as a certified pediatric sleep consultant. She specializes in helping 2-7 year olds confidently transition to independent sleep, fostering strong parent-child bonds. Her unique approach, honed from her years of experience, addresses a crucial gap in pediatric sleep consulting. She offers classes and mentorships as a way to share her knowledge, unique approach, and to empower consultants who wish to build their confidence when it comes to working with the toddler and preschool age group.
